🧹Can I ask the cleaner to do any type of work within the set hours?
You can request all general household tasks during the booked time. For deep or specialist tasks
(heavy limescale, stain removal, mould treatment) please check with us first so we can brief the team

🗓️What’s your reschedule/cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment to reschedule or cancel without a fee.
🧴Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes, we bring eco-friendly products and equipment. If you prefer a particular brand or have sensitivities, tell us and we’ll accommodate.
🦠Do you treat mould?
Yes — we provide targeted mould treatment. Please share photos via WhatsApp first so we can assess the severity and advise the best approach.
